Prerequisites
You need:- A Kore.ai bot with a Webhook channel configured (Bot Builder → Channels & Flows → Webhook).
- The Webhook channel’s app credentials with HS256 as the JWT signing algorithm. RS256 is not supported.
- A Bluejay account.
Setting Up the Integration

Collect Kore.ai credentials
In the Kore.ai Bot Builder, go to Channels & Flows → Webhook → Configurations. From the panel, copy:

Create the agent in Bluejay
Use the Add Agent endpoint and pass Then call
connection_type: "KORE" with all four Kore fields:/v1/generate-kore-inbound-token with the returned agent_id to receive the plaintext access token (shown once).3
Configure Bluejay's Webhook URL in Kore.ai
Back in the Kore.ai Bot Builder → Channels & Flows → Webhook → Configurations:
- Set Integration Mode to Asynchronous.
- Paste Bluejay’s Webhook URL into the Post URL field. The URL format is:
- Paste Bluejay’s Access Token into the Access Token field.
- Save, then Publish the bot.

Run a simulation

In Bluejay, open Agents & Simulations and select the agent you connected above. Create a simulation, add Digital Humans with scenarios and success criteria, then click Create and start to queue a run.
Rotating credentials
- Access Token — click Regenerate access token in Bluejay’s Connection Settings. The old token is invalidated immediately; re-paste the new one into Kore.ai.
- Client Secret — update it in both Kore.ai (regenerate on Kore’s side) and Bluejay (paste the new value into Client Secret on the agent’s Connection Settings).
