# Voicemail

> Test how your agent handles voicemail.

Use this type to check the message your agent leaves when a customer does not pick up.

## Set it up

**1. Select the card**

[Create a simulation](/test/simulations/create.md#create-a-simulation) and select the **Voicemail** card.

**2. Choose the greeting**

The Digital Human plays this greeting and the beep, then records your agent's message. Bluejay writes success criteria that check your agent says who it is, why it called, and what happens next.

* With **Custom Message**, write `[name]` where the Digital Human's name goes. Bluejay fills in each Digital Human's name.

## Limits

* Outbound agents only.
* One voicemail test makes a maximum of 100 Digital Humans.
