# GET /v1/observability/conversations

> List production conversations.

Returns production conversations, newest first. Each row has `metric_results`.Set `group_by` to get counts per group instead of rows. You can group by status, agent, label, day, interface, direction, ended\_by, a `metadata_path`, or `metric_value`. The same filters apply to rows and counts.`page_size` is 20 by default and 100 at most.## Query parameters
